A recent survey by Prudential Financial found that employees are paying much closer attention to employee benefits.
Three-quarters of employees surveyed said that due to the pandemic, benefits offered by their employer are more important than ever before. More than 50% said they would switch employers, even during the COVID-19 outbreak, for a better benefits package.
